The FSM AI I set up randomly plays the falling animation as it walks, I have the layers on the ground mesh set properly and the check ground distance at 0.1. Any idea what might be causing this?

Check your navmesh and you could also increase the ground distance it's pretty low

THIS WAS SOLVED BY SETTING THE STEP SMOOTHING TO 0.1I tried rebaking the navmesh and setting the ground distance to 0.4, it's still doing the same thing only now my player gets stuck in the falling pose as well and the ai bounces around erratically . Character Settings

Fixed the player issues by setting the terrain layer back to Default instead of its own layer, the AI is still bouncing randomly all over.
