Got this asset last New year sale...Tried to integrate with Invector 2.5.5 -
Still fixing some small issues though..Will test it next time with Invector add-ons climbing , swimming.

I would be real interested in an integration with this asset  I really like the Invector freeclimb but for certain game styles would definitely want to use Climbing system, will you be releasing for sale or otherwise and will integration be for shooter/melee or both? Pretty sure this one is based off of the tutorials from GumRoad and Tharindu did give me a copy of his integration from that time but I lost in an HD crash. I haven't wanted to bother him with it now as he isn't keeping too well. Would be cool to see someone pick it up again. I would be happy to donate....

I didn't know there was an integration made..I bought the asset since I was inspired by Tomb Raider series game on PC, I actually played Tomb Raider (1st) and Rise of the Tomb Raider..still waiting for Shadow of the TR to be on sale..I liked the mechanics.. Invector Free climb is lacking some features.. so I tried to integrate both assets..
Actually, I haven't tried it yet but parkour system and other actions can be made out of this

Yeah Tharindu would only send it if you had a copy of invoice from Gumroad for the asset, he integrated with the Free invector. It worked perfectly but not sure if it would have been compatible with Melee/Shooter. I donated a few bucks to him but lost the integration shortly after getting it.
I can simply view the video as I have already managed to set up Invector and other characters with Climbing system and can see from the video I wouldn't be checking out much more than I already got (just character set up no proper integration), though I see you using roll which tells me you got it integrated.
There is a lot of mention on his Unity forum page about Invector integration and some users talking about it working (somewhat)but no real documentation on how it is done other than creating the climbing character first and then adding your player controller to this...again, no real documentation.

Was it the latest version of climbing system? 3.13? I've already tried it in Shooter.. it works well, but I'm still learning Cinemachine for aiming, for now im using invector default camera in shooter

Sorry I am an idiot it isn't Gumroad but Sharp Accent here's a link to the project tutorials, you could purchase the project for twenty bucks.
The integration I got a while back was for this system. I am pretty sure that Dias got this from the same source and created his asset from the tut's albeit he has left a lot out and maybe tightened things up a little but the vids are free and you may get some insight from watching them

I've already tried it in Shooter.. it works well, but I'm still learning Cinemachine for aiming, for now im using invector default camera in shooter Yes latest version, I did have an issue with it as I am still building in Unity 2018 and Invector Melee I had some parts of the Dias Climbing System menu refuse to fold out properly which prevented assigning animations when creating a character but it works fine in 2019. |
