i have 2 animator controller one for a normal mode and annother for a berserk mode, when i swich between them in runtime it resets the character position to where it first started on play... why?

hmmm try update the position right after you change the animator
rootPosition = transform.position

On a different note, if your animations are different, but the actions are pretty much the same, why don't you simply use the same controller, but a different move set ID for berserk mode ? Also you can add a new trigger for berserk mode and add a secondary set of animations to the weapons of your original controller. It's slightly more difficult but I think it'll avoid you other woes.
