Variable duration of the transition to the cover

Hi,

There is a problem with the duration of the transition when the character go to cover.

Sometimes the rotation is slow and sometimes is fast.

In this video, the first is slow and the second is fast (much better).

I did not find a systematic reproduction, but it happens very often.

Do you have an idea to fix this?
