Emote System

I was fooling around with the Inventory Radial Wheel by Sickcore and thought it would be funny to convert it into a emote system. The base code is all Sickcore and I take no credit for it I did however do some meddling to get my code to work with his ect. The audio provided by FreeSound.com and animations for Mixamo. The Instructions are in the project already.
