You mean how to rig your character? there is several video tutorials showing how to rig a character on youtube.
But the fastest and easy way to do it, would be using Mixamo's auto rig tool for sure.

I make it by BIPE in 3dsmax, but when pick up the weapon,the hand is like this  upload picture |

Probably bad rigging, try mixamo's auto rig it works pretty great with every model I've try so far  |
