I am using Shooter v.1.1.0 and trying to attach the Assault rifle to a Model. I've tried with 2 different ones with the same result. The "defaultEquipPoint" attachment to the right hand is properly made. However, the hand is never attached. When I move the "defaultEquipPoint", the left hand IK is moved with the weapon. I cannot seem to "visibly" attach the right hand to the weapon even though the hierarchy shows it is attached to the right hand.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but make sure to follow the steps we show in the tutorial you first need to Rotate the defaultEquipPoint and then when you find the correct height and angle you can use the transform tool to move the weapon into the hand.
It's a very common mistake, I will try to make more obvious what you need to do.

I also believe it has to do with setting global and pivot, or with the align arm to aim toggle. I've come across this several times and it has always been something simple like that but i can't remember what I did.
