My personal favourite is ICE (https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/35364). Just add it to your wishlist and wait for the next sale ;)

Talking about ICE. Is the asset going dead ? Because they have not released 1.4 for ages now.

I got it to do a living eco system but it's so massive and i havent had the time to properly sit down and work through it. But they did add the ability to create shooting enemies.

ICE is by far the best integrated one right now as it has pretty much full integration. AI Designer Pro has Integration with Invector but to be honest I never gave it much effort yet, however the Shooter AI works rather quickly out of the box with Invector, like I stated though havent given it much time since I am using a lot of my own custom AI right now for basic needs. Emerald 2.0 looks to be a lot more improved and will be coming out soon, may be worth looking into an integration.

Ice really is massive. I'd rather get something that works out of the box. Invector AI isn't really bad to be honest. It needs shooter capability and probably support for non humanoids.

I am not a programmer I have invested about 1000 us so far on various assets to help with my lack of knowledge. This is what I have found as of 11/5/17-
Ai Designer seems to be all but useless if you are trying to make an RPG based on fantasy. The Ai is Hilarious It runs in circles and runs off the map. Advanced Ai for Playmaker is Useful but you need to be able to integrate Invector into it I.E. send Recieve DMG... So If you cant do that yet it's useless. Opsive has an Impressive Ai System With templates to buy But their third person controller will have you pulling your hair out trying to get it to work You can see the State Machine On the Layer and you can try until you throw up but their program cant..

Absolutely true about their tpc controller. It's more oriented towards scripting so it's really difficult for non programmers to get started. This is where Invector is so underrated. This asset let's you pick up and make a game without really having to really code all the time. We have to be smart enough though to pull a lot of animations off.

I still think Opsive controller it's very good, but I go with Invector's because it feel more "polished" like a game should. As soon as I play very first demo of Invector I think "This is it." lol
