Has anyone had This problem. Basically before the character walks it does this weird little sit looking ANIM like its falling or trying to have a shit. I will make a gif and show yas.

My Bad I forgot that I changes a few settings on the terrains. So I unchecked static on the navmesh static tab and wiped the data lol.

For me it looks like a layer issue. Check the terrain layer and the ground layer setting on your character.

Mmmmm can you check if your character's avatar is humanoid just to be sure. even if it is just try to regenerate out of the model and check.
If the model and the avatar are fine it looks like a layer problem to me.

Is your sphere collider on the character clipping through the ground? Make sure it lines up perfectly at the bottom of the character's feet.
