Tried searching for this topic, found no results.
I'm using 1.1.4, and want to upgrade to 1.1.5.
What is the best way to do this?
Can I just import the new asset?
Should I delete everything related to Invector from my project files list and then import the new version?
Is all of this inadvisable, and I should just start from a new build?
Appreciate your advice.
Thanks!

Saw this in the documentation:
*Updates also need to be imported into a Clean Project, so MAKE SURE TO BACKUP your previous project and transfer the necessary files to your new project. *

If you are in middle of your project its better not to upgrade unless absolutely necessary.

Appreciate your advice. Thanks! The reason they advice you to import to a new project is because the entire controller is supposed to be the core of your game and hence plays a major role and the highest priority. This is also mainly due to the fact that project settings bring the layers and tags required for the controller to work. However if you want to import 1.1.5 to your existing project I would do this 1. Create a back up of your existing project to avoid any complications 2. When importing the new asset a prompt appears saying project settings will be imported, go ahead. You'll come to the point where you have to import files by selecting them by clicking checkboxes.scroll down this list and uncheck all project settings. Note that if 1.1.5 brings about new layers and tags this might affect the way the functionality works. So I would advice you install 1.1.5 into a different project and compare your project settings and collision settings against what's in the fresh project.
