My name is Deirre and this is one of 4 games I'm working on. Here's some background. I'm a financial analyst and married with 3 kids so time is my nemesis. The game will be WebGL based, not sure if it will be broken into chapters or procedurally generated. The game style will be similar to the "Witcher" trilogy in play style. I'm waiting on V2 to start on the controller. The video is not that great, will update it once optimized.

Update: I'm beginning to add more features and develop a better story line with cutscenes allowing the player to make decisions that affect the ending. The NPC's are placeholders for now, I may have to purchase characters. Since WebGL will be the target platform optimization is kicking my but for now but I'll get there. I will be relying heavily on the discussion board since its were I get most of my expertise from, programming and animation are not my strong suites. My next update will be in a couple of weeks.

hi deirre, i have published my game in platform WebGL, but it have a very low FPS, the game can not run well! did you change something in the code?

so far I have been using as few materials as possible (atlas textures), use LOD's (usually 0 thru 3), bake lighting, adjust, quality settings and having the right mix of prefab (static and dynamic). I do not know how to use light probes yet. I have not used I vectors AI yet, it's sensors cause low fps. the npcs in my game do not use invector AI scripts.

WebGL After seeing the shooter, its inspired me to push myself a bit more. Ok, I removed the chamber and replaced the Challenger 3d model with the actual game character. I will be optimizing/populating the first level and polishing my main character for the next week. After that, I plan on adding features and environment/NPC interactions to the player.
