Hey guys, I got back from isolation and treatment a few days back. I am yet to see any significant results of the treatment. I have to do some blood tests in June that will decide what steps I should take from there on.
I will possibly start fixing some of the issues or may be even completely rewriting some parts of the RPG Pack when I start working on it may be sometime within the next couple of weeks.

If you are feeling up to it, I think that it would be awesome to get what you currently have working in 2018.3 with Shooter 1.3

If you are feeling up to it, I think that it would be awesome to get what you currently have working in 2018.3 with Shooter 1.3 Let's see. Frankly I am thinking of dropping things like the save system in future. I think I went a bit beyond what the scope of an RPG pack was and added a bit of bloatware for the sake of the community. But people have been hounding me with bugs on the save system in a very disheartening fashion and I am thinking it's better to get rid of the bloatware and focus on rebuilding the framework in a better way. Less bloat, more RPG.

I do like your main menu system and I would keep that with the camera panning around in the back of the menu. Tony at Pixelcrushers has a great save system for Invector so you can just add that or keep your menu system and let users plug in their own save system! Or can you just export your menu system and send that. I am very interested in that as well

Hi everyone,
I want to ask a question. I am playing my game starting from the beginning. Hitting New Game button. The game starts with a starting quest. Lets say it is "Find the dungeon". I keep playing a while and completing let's say 5 quests. \Then I accept the 6th quest. Let's say it is "Kill the Boss". I stop playing and return to the main menu. So far, everything works as expected. In the main menu, I hit the "New Game" button again to start a new game. Expected result is, the game should give me the starting quest which is "Find the dungeon.". Instead, the quest is the 6th quest which is "Kill the boss". The last quest that I accepted in the previous game. The problem is not there if I close the game, run it again from the .exe and hit the New Game button.
In short, somehow Evila RPG pack is bugged with quests especially when you try to start a new game without running the game again.
Anyone has a fix or ideas to fix this problem?

Hmm never tested it out that way, sounds like an error with saving the quest data, so what is happening is when you load the new game it reads the quest list and goes to the next one in the rotation and gives you that one. But when you start the exe from scratch it wipes the list out and goes to the first one on the rotation.
This is an issue of the quest script and will need to be looked at in depth.

I am working on it. So far, could not find anything related. First one come up with a solution, post here

From what I've read it seems like he's got a lot going on, if he gets to it he gets to it. But we should do our best to fix these bugs ourselves while he is recovering.
