Hi Invector, its unchecked and I'm not pressing space to exit, it exits automatically when gets in. I have tried all different combinations. I have tried the demo character with my controller and works fine... any ideas ? Have you tested with the last version of melle-combate instead the basic locomotion? Thanks Yeah I did test recently... I'm sure it's something silly, try rewatch the video tutorial again and make sure to follow step by step

If you're having namespace errors or the character plays the falling animations instead of zipline, I uploaded a new hotfix fixing those issues, re-download the package ;)

Hi! What is the recommended Unity version for Shooter+Zipline to work as intended? I tried it in 2018 LTS and it works fine but in the demo scene if you fall down from the starting platform and try to get up on the ladder all hell breaks lose.
First thing is if you try jumping on the steep platform before the ladder, the character gets stuck in the falling animation until he hits the ground.
Second, the character rarely manages to actually use those ladders, like 1 out of 10 times and is usually either stuck in the falling animation or just stands there while you're mashing A button on gamepad like crazy and nothing happens.
I tried out the Zipline in 2017 LTS, all 2019 versions and even 2020 alpha and they all have this issue.
p.s. There are no errors in the log.

It's just a outdated ladder prefab, replace to a new one and it should work

Hello,
I have a character that is equipped with weapons when he uses the zipline, I use the enter event to lock the camera and all input, and unlock both on the exit event, despite this he can still swap weapons whilst on the zipline which looks silly, i can't find away using events to stop the weapon switch when i press the cursor keys, is there a way ? if not i will have to write my own script, i would have thought 'SetLockAllInput' and 'SetlockCamera' would work but it doesn't.

Thank you, Ahhh, found it, add an event for ItemManager and then select LockAllInventoryInput. Thank you.
