I made integration of an AI pack with invector , and it is perfect , ai can cover , change weapon , use grenades , communicate, listen to footsteps and fire sound , hight quality of investigation, search around , patrolling , also civilans ai call the ai and run away when they see a weapon or hear fire sound.. now i m using it in my war game here some examples. delete my account

Coz I know the third person cover system has ai that does all that but I dont noe how to integrate it with invector so if u could give some insight(real insight) it would be much appreciated

sorry for being late , i need some time to make a tutorial because a made a lot of changes (bullets, ai health , ai ragdoll and target..) and their just one problem that the ai will shoot the first target and he dont change target until the first one die... example if the enemy ai see your companion ai firt they start shooting theim and ignore you until you companion dead... but if they see you first they start shooting you and they can change target to your companion ai if you hide. really i dont know why but i m working on it

I have been following this thread for a bit now and have been able to get several different AI systems to integrate with Invector but this is the one that I need and I cannot seem to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

You were told weeks ago what you had to do to integrate it, they are a couple of lines of code and half is already written, all of us have our own projects, we can help, but we cannot work on the projects of others if we don't have time for it. With the indications shown in this post you should have been able to finish the integration without hardly knowing C #, just with a couple of Google searches.
Demands and threats are not necessary.

So is anyone going to post anything or should i jus cross over to opsive sorry not to be rude but honestly you will be wasting your time on oposive nothing personal against them and the asset but, it is not as well maintained or smooth as INVECTOR due to invector taking their time and doing it right the first time and with pretty amazing documents and response time given as much of request and refining their product.. Not to bais to either side of the fence but, just from my personal experiences of the two invector is ACTUALLY THE WAY TO GO! So just relax and while you wait refine other things in your game and it will all be worth the wait my friend you'll see... SJL

I see you failed to understand my english when i said i cant code. All i have is creativity and imagination. The furthest i've got was to be able to convert the melee combat to a shooter with all the cover, swiming and free climbing abilities but i jus couldnt figure out how to take damage when shot. But thats okay. Im sure i've made my english plain enough for you to understand, although it dosent matter coz i see you are of no help. Dako

gubwe : Hmm. to be fair, it's insane to walk into game development without knowing any bit of code because a fat lot of good your imagination and creativity can do for you if you can't get out of a tight spot that can only be resolved via code, like the current situation. Unity of course notoriously markets that games can be made without coding just so they can get more people on the bandwagon but frankly, it's not practically always possible. You can of course get a developer paid to do it for you. Nothing comes free given that everyone's working on their own projects. However, good news for you is you can make use of something like BOLT or Playmaker to do things without code to some extent. It's not the most optimized way of coding, but it certainly helps to do something without writing code but by drawing diagrams. Since you're confident you're creative this should be great for you because that's exactly what you need. But I would advice you to learn some scripting like some of the non-coder starts of invector already have. Now about Opsive from my personal experience. They are even more code driven than any other controller on the asset store. Have you even seen there videos on adding new actions etc ? I really like it, because it's very structured, has a code driven framework, but you can never do something simple quickly outside what's already in the controller. In that sense I prefer Invector, because it's balanced. Where I want to extend I can extend, where I want to code I can do that too easily without adhering to a heavily driven framework that'll take me quite a bit of time to understand. What took me about a month to do with Opsive, I probably did it a lot better with Invector in two weeks.
