I get you. And all the stuff i've done so far i have done with playmaker and some scripts i have put together from tutorials. Thats why i never bought the shooter template simply coz i was able to make it from the melee and add all the other abilities they sell from this site by using playmaker and scripts from tutorials (pretty impressive for someone who cant code) . initially my idea was to lnk my health to the fsms but i cant seem to find where the health line is in the invector scripts that way it could take damage. Or perhaps im looking in the wrong place

You know what I am going to download playmaker somewhere down the line and see what I can do to help you non-coders somewhere down the line. May be some playmaker actions for invector and such.

Btw are you trying to establish some sort of damage protocol between an whatever shooter and invector AI ? Is damaging the AI the only concern ?

Everything else was fairly easy for me, jus need the ai bullets to damage the player.

Well the player inherits from the vHealthController that implements the vIDamageReceiver interface. This should make the player's script (vThirdpersoncontroller or whatever you're using) be able to receive any kind of damage from any source by simply calling it's TakeDamage method via playermaker or something.

Couldnt figure it out so i ended up bypassing the invector health and adding my own health system with playmaker. Now i can take damage from the ai bullets and melee attaks.

It's so easy to use the invector health though. Well the AI is only a few weeks away. Until then this should do. Cheers

By the way which lines of code do i add if i want to add extra unarmed attacks. I had added some with playmaker but i want to add a spin kick and dont want to use playmaker coz it plays when im holding a gun and that screws up my models hands

The problem here is that you don't understand code enough to implement them. There is a difference.
